Brian MacDonald and business partner Brooke Weathers have been Top Real Estate Producers (top 20%) in the state of Colorado since 2016. Brian considers his graduation from the United States military academy, West Point, to be the cornerstone of his professional life. His academic experience taught him discipline, character, and leadership. He built successful careers in both the U.S. Army and the biotechnology industry, where he was routinely recognized for achievements and promoted to increasingly challenging leadership positions, including Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. 

After spending 20 years in biotech, Brian entered real estate with an array of sales, marketing and leadership skills honed by working with some of the best and brightest minds in the field. He works tirelessly to translate these experiences into his real estate career. Brian is committed to helping clients accomplish their goals by going above and beyond to fulfill their needs.

He has become a go-to guy in his neighborhood and regularly organizes community events. Among his many projects, Brian is most proud of managing a multi-year community effort to modify the plans of an incoming housing development for the safety of his beloved neighborhood, Indian Peaks. Brian is also a past President of the of the West Point Society of Denver alumni association and is now serving as Treasurer.
